Since Kenny Jones and Margaret Mclennan have been brought up by smear merchants trying really hard to make shit up about me, here is my original article about all of that. I never "stalked" Margaret, I asked her for an interview or comment and she ducked me while falsely claiming Kenny Jones was a serial killer, something she knew was a lie, and something that I can now prove was started by her GamerGate buddy convicted sex offender Ethan Ralph who I also now know is the one who got Kenny fired from his job.

Some of the videos and links are now dead, but at the time of original publication, everything was working.  The original can be viewed here.

Clarification: In the article I wrote that Kenny lost his job in 2017 but it was in 2018.

Ouroboros

A discord voice chat filled with numerous people all named Kenny Jones cackles with laughter as a stammering Kenny prattles on about principles and evidence.  For the past hour he has tried in vain to convince anyone who stumbled into the voice chat that he had been wronged by a female youtuber named Margaret. As I listen and participate in the trolling and banter of this exceptional individual I quickly learn that there is at least six months of prior history with Kenny and his prolonged quest for principles, evidence, and vengeance.  What I could not have imagined at the time however, was that once I began to pull on the strings Kenny had tied himself up with, I would find myself tracing it through a mire of morally grey ethics and conspiracy. The online web of Margaret Maclennan surrounded by her castle of white knights and orbit of stalkers and creeps would become stranger than fiction as I began investigating.

https://geniusanushome.files.wordpress.com/2019/02/kennyvc.png?w=102&h=150

As the night drew on, eventually Kenny would end up in a private call between him and the owner/operator of Kiwi Farms, Joshua “Null” Moon.  Josh had frequented the discord, and ran across the large band of Kenny’s brigading voice chat that night, and hopped into see what was going on.  As the trolls kept talking over Kenny and filling in Josh as to what was going on and what Kenny had claimed, Kenny eventually managed to get through to Josh and arrange the private VC.  What Kenny did not realize was that the conversation would be far from private. Shortly after it began Josh had set up an unlisted youtube live stream where he was not only able to pipe the conversation to the trolls, but was also able to be fed information and questions by those with more knowledge of Kenny’s online lore.

With the odds stacked firmly against Kenny combined with his natural defect when it comes to basic communication and getting his point across, Josh eventually cornered Kenny by doing little more than allowing Kenny to talk freely.  Primed with info from the trolls, Kenny became entrapped and labeled a stalker by Josh, and after teasing it for awhile, Josh eventually revealed to Kenny that the conversation had been streamed and a Kiwi Farms article was currently being put together on him.

This was the starting point for my investigation into Kenny and Marge.  I had been among Kenny’s trolls having a good time cornering him as he talked himself repeatedly into obvious traps, and became a server wide meme.  But something, and I still do not understand what, told me that there might be more to this than Kenny being a stalker. He claimed to have evidence of Margaret’s wrongdoing, claimed to have others who would back up his claims, things a stalker would likely not have.

Being acquainted with both Josh and the person who was writing Kenny’s Kiwi Farms article, I was able to sit in on many talks and streams compiling info on Kenny and his story.  From these interactions I was able to get gist of Kenny’s story with Margaret, about how he had been a financial supporter of her through patreon, gifts, and commissions. I had also found that he had been trying for months to get her to publicly debate him on the merit of his claims on the internet bloodsports stream “The Kumite” hosted by Tonkasaw and FailureHatesYou, as well as the stream for which the original voice chat had taken place, The Ralph Retort.

Marge had publicly refused to appear on the kumite by tweeting back at Failure and accusing Kenny of being a stalker and a serial killer.  Both of these accusations became a consistent trend with Margaret any time she had to talk about Kenny, and while Kenny being a stalker has merit, the accusation that he is a serial killer, or later a pedophile has thus proven to be both unwarranted and seemingly malicious slander.  Margaret has on multiple occasions made the claim that Kenny could be an active serial killer based solely upon news stories about an actual string of murders happening in the general geographic area where Kenny lives and works.

One of the other interesting key bits of information gained from these early streams and voice chats is that Kenny had frequently used the website fiver to commission a strange and wide variety of services.  He had hired a writer to write a script to a video hit piece on margaret, a voice actor to read the script, and an editor to make the video for him. This whole process took almost five months from conception to eventual completion, and left a lot to be desired as an end result.  But by far the strangest service Kenny commissioned from fiver, and one of the instances where truth and fiction seem to be equal in excitement, is when Kenny hired a private investigator to track down Margarets home address.

Not only did Kenny hire someone to get Margarets personal information, but the investigator later attempted to blackmail Kenny by threatening to turn over all the information he had gathered to Margaret along with Kenny’s info.  Kenny refused to pay the blackmailers demands, which caused the fiver private dick to live up to his word.

It was also at this point when I began to learn who Margaret was, since up to this point I had never watched any of her content and had no idea who she was.  I was told that she was a Canadian conservative known for being a MAGA Trump supporter, a belly dancer, and that she had a colostomy bag as a result of a debilitating intestinal disease.  As a matter of fact, this was the reason Kenny managed to draw such ire from most people whom he relayed his tale to. Most people viewed Margaret as a frail woman suffering a painful chronic disease of which Kenny was being inconsiderate and mean spirited towards amplifying her suffering.  It is for this reason that Margaret had a large cult following of almost literal white knights.

After taking a crash course on Kenny and Margaret, I began to dive into the deep lore of each, going to Kenny to find out exactly what his grievances with Margaret were.  He explained to me that he was upset because he and several other fans of Margaret had donated money to her, bought her tech and equipment to help her produce content, and supported her content through patreon and in his opinion she had failed to deliver the content that he and other supporters had paid for.  At face value this seemed to be baseless entitlement. Upon closer inspection, it became much more grey.

Kenny first found Margaret when she was on a stream with Milo Yiannopoulos on his channel fundraising for the Milo Yiannopoulos Privilege grant, of which she was the director of.
According to Kenny he had tuned in for Lauren Southern, which indicates he may have previously been an orbiter of hers as well. He claims that at the time he was a teacher at a religious private school and during down time he would show different videos from Southern, Milo, and Margaret.  He further claims that not only did he donate to the privilege grant, but several of his students did as well, somewhere in the neighborhood of eight thousand dollars. Eight thousand dollars that he claims to have personally refunded to his students upon being told by Margaret that the grant had been a scam.  Later we will discuss more in depth about the privilege grant, but its only relevance here is that it was the first time Kenny knew of Margaret according to him.

Kenny then continued to watch Margarets content consistently until August of 2016 when Margaret became hospitalized due to illness until November of the same year.  During this period everyone in her fan base including Margaret understood why there was less content being put out. She continued to be ill even after release from the hospital, and it is during this time that Kenny and other fans noticed that Margaret was frequently complaining about how her laptop she used to make content was old, overheating, and slow.  The laptop had been given to her by an unknown fan previously.

For the first time, Kenny reached out to Margaret through DM’s and asked her if she wanted him to send her one of his old computers that would be an upgrade to the rundown laptop.  She politely declined the offer, explaining that she was currently building a better pc, but was missing a few parts. Taking it upon himself, Kenny organised other fans and supporters and they each bought Margaret one of the missing pieces, per her amazon wishlist.  Kenny bought her a power supply unit, another fan sent her one of his old graphics card, and another fan bought her an expensive CPU.

By January 2017 all of the PC parts had arrived at Margarets, and she put out word that on valentine’s day 2017, she would live stream her assembling the computer.  Margaret had a few complications during assembly of the PC, but pushed through while talking with chat. Eventually it was fully assembled, and Margaret released a content schedule.  Mondays she would do what she called Straight talk, which would be about relationship advice. Tuesdays and Thursdays she would do gaming streams. Wednesdays she would release her new youtube video.  And while it was never for certain, she hoped to do a gaming stream with fans on Saturdays. She also set up a discord for her fans, as well as a patrons only discord channel.

According to Kenny and multiple other sources, this schedule was never fully realized as Margaret seemed to barely produce any content some weeks, and would frequently cancel streams due to sickness but be found on other streamers channels live streaming with them as if nothing was wrong.  When fans began to question the legitimacy of her sickness being the reason for canceled streams, she began stating that she was busy with better paying work behind the scenes, where she claimed to be a professional ghostwriter.

Then in the fall of 2017 Margaret changed her patreon set up from per video to monthly, while putting out a patreon post that explained that she just was not making enough money from streaming and she had also unlisted all of her videos on youtube and quit uploading there because she claimed she was taking a stand against google demonetizing creators.  Though later instances would have Margaret claim she did this due to stalkers. Her patreon post, complete with spreadsheet, read like the scene in Goodfellas where Henry explains how the mob handled their rackets; “Fuck you pay me”.

During this point, Kenny was far from the only one complaining about Margaret not delivering on promises, and several sources who were in the patreon only section of her discord frequently attempted to get answers from Margaret, only to be yelled at or brushed off.  Eventually Margaret would delete the discord entirely, citing “bad actors” as the reason behind it. It was at this point that Kenny began to use more unsavory tactics to get answers.

This is when Kenny began hiring multiple people from fiver to stalk her, and an entire video production crew to over produce a comprehensive video on Margarets behavior of which the final product looked like an overly long political hit piece.  Kenny also began to make multiple alternate sock accounts, as well as a youtube archive channel where he began uploading archive videos of Margaret that he had saved or others had been able to send him. But once the refused to pay the blackmail of his fiver private eye, the snake was out of the bag.

Immediately Margaret ran with the narrative that she could most easily sell.  She went to her twitter followers and shared screenshots of their conversation with the PI, accused Kenny of being a stalker, insinuate he was an active serial killer, accused him of impersonating her because of the archive channel he created, and many other things.  This became a super effective tactic for avoiding any and all talk about her taking in two months worth of patreon money without producing any of the promised content, mostly due to her white knights who circled around her like angry hornets guarding a hive.

Margaret has several prominent white knights that moderate her chats and frequently appear in her mentions, one of which is Crusader of Storms, who took the narrative that Kenny was a pedophile and serial killer even after it was disproved by multiple sources and hurled it at Kenny every chance he got.  It was also during this time that Kenny’s work began receiving complaints that ultimately caused him to be let go by his employer. It is unknown if the calls came from Margaret or her white knights, but regardless of origin, it effectively became the first true blood drawn in the online spat between Margaret and Kenny.  Given that Margaret herself repeatedly smeared Kenny with provenly false claims of sexual assault and insinuations that he might be a serial killer, things that Margaret as an alt-right personality had rallied against when it was perpetrated by left wing personalities, whether she was the caller or one of her white knights, it is still an instance of her participating in spreading false information.

The more Margaret and her white knights pushed the false information, the more sporadic Kenny became.  He made numerous attempts to contact Margaret, both under his name, and through sock accounts. He began telling anyone that would listen his grievances with her, he tried to get her to agree to go on several streams with him to debate him and allow him to clear his name.  He even payed money on numerous occasions to ask her questions through superchats on her streams and when she appeared on someone elses streams only for her to ignore him.

While most people are quick to feel sorry for Margaret and give her a pass based upon her medical condition and every day struggles, few people know or seem to care about what was happening to Kenny during this tumultuous time. Not only had his career been affected by the situation, but in February of 2017, just a few days after the stream where Margaret put together the PC Kenny and fans had helped her build, Kenny’s father passed away.

Furthermore in May of 2017 Kenny Jones was suspended from work without pay because two people had shown up in person to make complaints against him based upon the false claims that he might be a serial killer, and one female who called in.  In August of 2017 after the three month suspension Kenny was let go. The identity of those who complained, either in person or over the phone can not be confirmed at this time, though it is reasonable to believe that they were acting based upon Margaret Maclennan comments on Kenny possibly being an active serial killer.

During the later part of 2017 Kenny began acting more and more erratic as he tried to get Margaret to publicly address her patrons, as he attempted to get her to retract the false information about him being a serial killer or a pedophile, and when she did respond to these claims it was only to continue to smear Kenny while avoiding the actual questions.  Several other members of her fan base were also involved in trying to get answers, but were ignored as Margaret did not readily have dirt with which to smear any of them. Most decided to give up and move on, unwilling to be cast in the same light as Kenny just because an internet thot had managed to bilk them out of money. Those who did stand with Kenny frequently pleaded with him to just let it go, but found that he had become more and more erratic with each passing day, obsessing over proving that Margaret had done everyone wrong.

What few people knew about Kenny during this time is that he was under extream duress.  With his father passing at the beginning of the Year, and losing his job in the spring and fall, anyone would be at a psychological detriment.  But unbenounced to almost everyone that knew Kenny, he was fighting another battle that was taking its toll on his mind and body.

In December 2016 Kenny received a critical diagnosis from his doctor, an aneurysm.  From December 2016 until November of 2017 Kenny was taking strong medication for this on top of the stress that losing his father and job.  It is reasonable to assume that this had a major effect on Kennys ability to think rationally and logically. It is also the best explanation as to why he began to act more erratically throughout the year.  According to multiple sources, Kenny was a much different person during the early part of 2016, the very definition of polite and good natured.

In September of 2017 Kenny was hospitalized due to his aneurysm.  Terrified that he might not survive his upcoming surgery, he compiled all the information he had about Margaret and what he believed to be unethical practices and passed it off to two of his closest online friends who were also disgruntled Margaret fans and patrons.  He asked them to keep trying to get answers for everyone regardless of what happened with his surgery. In November of 2017 Kenny had his surgery, and spent the remainder of the year recovering in hospital.

After being discharged from the hospital, Kenny reconnected with his online friends to see if they had made any progress towards bringing Margaret to Justice.  When they explained that no significant progress had been made, Kenny was furious. Still on medication, and not entirely recovered, he redoubled his efforts of trying to bring Margaret’s actions to light.  It was at this time that he began orbiting The Ralph Retort discord and patreon streams attempting to get Ethan Ralph to cover the story, and knowing that Ralph and Margaret were acquaintances, to hopefully get an online debate arranged to air his grievances.

In June of 2018, tragedy would strike Kenny once again when his brother was killed in a car crash.  This did little to calm his erratic behavior, and seemed to make him even more erratic as he continuously got mocked, derided, and slandered in The Ralph Retort discord.  Ethan Ralph and his wife Nora both being friends with Margaret consistently ignored his claims and banned him from talking about it in patron chat and on patron streams.

Selkie

During the initial streams and voice chats surrounding this story, the common theme was mostly trolling Kenny for laughs.  However, several of the people that went the hardest at Kenny did so while stating that it was despicable that Kenny could ever think Margaret owes him or anyone else anything.  They frequently brought up Margarets ulcerative colitis and her colostomy bag to brow beat anyone who would even suggest that she could ever be in the wrong. Even one source who supported most of the same grievances Kenny had towards Margaret would frequently talk at length how they felt sorry for Margaret and her medical condition.

On the flip side of that same coin, there were those who did not feel margaret was at fault because “she was obviously a thot”.  They were of the mind set that since she was so obviously a disingenuous person it was people’s own fault if they became pay pigs for her.  When taken at face value, it does appear to be quite obvious that Margaret is no different from a typical twitch thot doing half baked cosplay to solicit donations from drooling pay pigs.  She claims to be a MAGA gamer girl with blonde hair, blue eyes, who is trad (short for traditional) and a belly dancer who is most famous for belly dancing with a colostomy bag stapled to her stomach.  Also so far as I could tell, she mostly streamed Overwatch, which further supports the idea that she self identifies as the largest amount of keywords as possible, and constantly frames herself to show off cleavage and play the the sensibilities of the alt right and incels.

A frequent theme in her chats and twitter mentions is that her white knights and paypigs make it no secret that they are only there to oogle her.  One of her most notable white knights who goes by Rider of the Storm can frequently be found perpetuating the false allegations against Kenny, or as a moderator in Margarets chat.

Also, despite Kenny being a minor annoyance to Margaret at best, she does have online stalkers and paypigs that have gone much further than Kenny.  One of her orbiting creeps sends her postcards and constantly asks her out on dates. Another deviant frequently draws lewd fan art of her and the overwatch character Mercy.

Some of the most interesting lore about Margaret revolves around the aforementioned Milo Yiannopoulos Privilege Grant and her role as director.  Margaret claims to have been a ghostwriter for Milo before being offered prestigious position for the grant. This goes right along with her origin in internet fame, since she got her start in GamerGate railing against Anita Sarkeesian and other prominent SJW’s where she regurgitated talking points everyone else had already done, but with blonde hair, blue eyes, and breasts.

It is during the Gamergate time that Margaret became acquainted with Milo Yiannopoulos and Ethan Ralph, with his wife Nora working for Milo at the same time as Margaret and Ian Miles Cheong.  Margaret and Ian both claim to have not been paid for their work. Once Margaret and Milo got the details of the grant worked out Milo hosted a live stream on his youtube channel where he and Margaret hosted many prominent members of the alt-right, anti-sjw, and MAGA communities including Lauren Southern and JudgyBitch, the later of which was one of the co-hosts of The Ralph Retort, with Margaret being the one behind giving it the subtitle of “The Killstream”

A short time after the fundraising stream, Milo was permanently banned from twitter over his public clash with Leslie Jones of SNL fame.  During this time he and Margaret had also fallen out with each other, with Margaret claiming the entire grant was a scam. Multiple news articles were written, including one by breitbart, which had previously been Milo’s employer.  All of the articles only had two sources, the only named one being Margaret. There was also a reddit post that was used as a source which commended Margaret and claimed that she was 100% innocent of any wrongdoing. The account associated post had a history of mostly talking about MAGA and Overwatch on reddit, so it’s reasonable to suspect one of Margaret’s white knights, or even shadier, a Margaret sock account.

Despite Margaret claiming fraud, the IRS stated that the grants 501c was in good standing. Two months later after the news cycle had already mined as many clicks as possible from the sensational article, Milo finally resurfaced with a new director of the Privilege grant, and also took full responsibility for how slow things had been going.  He explained that he had bitten off more than he could chew, and as a result things were not happening nearly as fast as he had wanted or planned for. Oddly he made no mention publically about Margaret, nor did he mention the claims of fraud outside of dismissing the reddit post which claimed that he had spent all of the funding on cocaine.  In true Milo fashion he exclaimed “I only wish, I only wish I could fit that much up my nose”.

Jump forward a little over a year from this and the grant has paid out its recipients, with one being interviewed by the daily caller who details how he had found out about the grant via Philip Defranco.  He stated that signing up for the grant was simple, and after he had signed up he forgot all about it until he received word that he was chosen to receive it. Between this recipients statements and the IRS confirming the good standing of the grants 501c it reasonably calls into question Margarets claims that the whole thing was fraudulent.

Milo, being the provocateur he is known to be, has no shortage of enemies as a despised public figure.  He constantly finds himself the target of one scandal followed by another, be it his twitter ban, Margarets claims of fraud, to even being accused of being a pedophile for talking about how he himself was molested as a child by a priest.  It was very clear during 2016 and 2017 that the media had it out for Milo.

It is for this reason that I have put serious thought into the possibility that maybe Margaret had been working a black pr scandal.  With Margaret claiming to make her money as a ghostwriter, its not at all odd for most of her work to be under NDA, similar to how one could imagine a black PR contract.  And if you look at the timeline of Margaret claiming fraud on the privilege grant and her lackluster content production, not to mention her frequently talking on twitter, discord, live streams, and pateron about how her main job makes more money than doing streams or her patrons, it appears to paint a very bleak picture of the MAGA Trad belly dancer from the land of the leaf.

Not only did Margaret stop producing regular content right around the time of the privilege grant scandal, but she also began breaking ties with fans, her moderators, and her co hosts.  One of her top discord mods Sachumo could later be found among other online acquaintances of hers in a live stream discussing how none of them had talked to her in four to six months. Furthermore, when I reach out to Sachumo for comment on Margaret and her exodus from youtube and discord, he told me it was strictly because of the NEETs and stalkers like Kenny Jones, but then refused to talk to me any more.

I reached out on twitter to Chat Mort, who was the host of the stream discussing not talking to Margaret, and who had been a co-host with Margaret before, but she never responded to my DM requesting a comment.  Later she would leave a comment in my video covering Margaret and the privilege grant because according to her I had not asked permission to use the clip of her and Sachumo talking on her stream for my video. I responded on youtube and twitter explaining that I had in fact reached out to her for comment, tweeting screenshots of my dm complete with the date it was sent and the date the video was uploaded showing plenty of time for her to answer me.

I also attempted multiple times to reach out to Margaret, publically on twitter, privaly, through friends and acquaintances, she ducked me every time, taking the time I tweeted at her as yet another opportunity to smear Kenny with false information.  The same false information that had cost him his job. When Kenny asked FailureHatesYou of the Kumite to invite Margaret on so that he could challenge her to bloodsports, she responded by once again refusing to, claimed that Kenny had impersonated her based on his archive youtube channel, and again, and once again implied he might be the serial killer.

During the summer of 2018 during a livestream of The Ralph Retort during the time Kenny was orbiting the Killstream discord, Ethan Ralph snuck Margaret in during a conversation between fan favorites Dick Masterson and Mister Metokur.  She proceeded to take a shot at Kenny stating that she had been watching the killstream spamming snake emoji (Kenny works as a professional Snake Wrangler and milker), followed by her sandbagging the whole stream by talking about gossip such as who was getting married to who, and in a moment of terrible decorum and cringe, talking about someone who was suffering from aggressive cancer.   After being mocked and ridiculed she is eventually kicked from the stream by one of Ralphs co-hosts much to the amusement of Mister Metokur.

This was not the only instance of Margaret being the elephant in the room on someone elses livestream.  She was once on a Sargon of Akkad stream with members of the skeptic community such as Chris Ray Gun, The Amazing Atheist, Shoe on Head, and Armored Skeptic, during which she drunkenly interjects and bloaviates over other guests, and repeatedly body shames Shoe on Head.  After this stream most of the skeptics on the stream would disassociate from Margaret, and a ongoing feud between her and Shoe on Head would wage across twitter. Eventually one of Margaret’s online acquaintances Britney Vinti would make a smear video on Shoe on Head.

While Margaret claims that everyone that has a problem with her is a stalker or a serial killer, she has frequently encouraged and groomed her paypigs to be the kind of stalker she claims Kenny is.  There are multiple instances of her begging for tech, from the laptop she was using before Kenny and friends helped build her a new gaming rig. In one instances she ebegged for a new microphone in the comments of a video about how she fake cries to get her way from people she dates.  When several users complained that her audio was low and scratchy, she immediately played the victim and said there was nothing she could do to fix it outside of getting a new mic. A few weeks later she had received a new mic from someone in that comment section, and shouted them out on twitter, further grooming her audience to buy her what she ebegged for.

Whether its claiming people are being fraudulent with seemingly no evidence, spreading false information about people that she is fully aware is false just because she does not like them, or begging her orbiters and white knights for new tech, Margaret has a pattern of behavior right in line with the typical twitch thot.  At the very least, all of the evidence points to her being a typical thot on the internet using unethical means to milk her fans for as much money and gifts as she possibly can. Willing to throw friends, co-workers, and fans away as soon as they cease to be of use to her, Margaret seems content to punch down so long as she has the power to do so.  Given that her white knights are loyal to a fault, willing to echo any false information and troll shield her from any undesirable attention, she may never be fully exposed for what she is, be that the typical internet thot, or a black pr writer who moonlights as one. One thing is for certain though, when it comes to Margaret Maclennan and Kenny Jones, neither can walk away not covered with their own fair share of shit.

But what must be kept in mind for context is that as unethical and spastic Kenny Jones’s actions were, pretty much everything he has ever said about Margaret was factually true. Kenny repeatedly tried to handle things the right way, starting with comments in the public comment sections of Margaret’s content and social media. Then in private via dm’s, followed by literally paying money to ask her questions which she either flat out ignored, or publicly shamed him for. She on the other hand has knowingly lied repeatedly and consistently about him, perpetuated false information that would lead to him losing his real life employment and source of income. With a larger social media presence she was able to cause real world discomfort to Kenny without any sign whatsoever of remorse. Other than being slightly annoyed and creeped out, what damage has Kenny done? What damage is a mentally impaired snake handler in North Carolina really capable of doing do a woman hundreds of miles away? The answer I put forth to you is none and nothing at all. She is no better than the sludge collected in the festering whoopi cushion stapled to her naval.

Interview with Horror Author Jack Pierce

I recently came across an interesting character online who I have decided to write some articles on because I find him utterly fascinating. Jack Pierce (one of several names he goes by) is a fiction writer of a high caliber. This man writes fiction so fluently its practically his first and most profound language of communication. Some would call him a pathological liar, but I feel those people miss the forest for the trees. I'm starting with an interview I had with him, which despite it being chock full of lies and misinformation and deception, I will present it unedited except for grammar and formatting. In a follow up article I will start peeling back the layers of fiction with facts and receipts to show you why Jack Pierce may very well be the most profound fiction writer of our time.

For some brief context that will be further explained in follow up articles, Jack removed co-writer credits from someone named Lotus Token who did ghostwriting and editing for Jacks books. After several falling outs and online slap fights with this person and their friends and ...

'The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent' Review
I could, uh, eat a peach all day

“Well, I’m one of those fortunate people who like my job, sir. Got my first chemistry set when I was seven, blew my eyebrows off, we never saw the cat again, been into it ever since.”

Alright folks, hold on to your hats because I am about to take you on an absurdist journey through the wild, wonderful world of Nicolas Cage and his latest movie, "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent".

First things first, let me just say that this movie is peak Nicolas Cage. Yes, even more so than "Adaptation". If you're a fan of the man and his larger-than-life personality, then this movie is a must-see. It's like Cage is playing himself, but also not playing himself at the same time. Confused yet? Just wait, it gets weirder.

The real standout of this movie, though, is Pedro Pascal. He effortlessly holds his own against Cage in every scene they share, which is no small feat considering Cage's legendary on-screen presence. They both chew the script and scenery with every frame of film they're in, and it's truly a masterclass in acting.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "But Anus, isn't this just another cliche Hollywood movie with tired plot threads and stereotypical characters?" And you know what? You're not wrong. But somehow, this movie manages to surprise you. The more you appreciate filmmaking and acting, the more you'll love it. It's a satire of the entire Hollywood machine but still manages to have some genuinely well-crafted dramatic moments.

Without giving too much away, let me just say that this movie goes in a lot of the directions you'd expect based on the previews. But the journey it takes you on is so satisfying that you won't even mind. There are some key plot points that will sneak up on you when you least expect them and trust me, you don't want to spoil those surprises.

But let's be real, you're not watching this movie for the plot. You're watching it for Nicolas Cage being Nicolas Cage. And boy, does he deliver. I spent most of the movie laughing, even at jokes that in any other context would fall flat. But Cage's sheer charisma sells every line of dialogue, every scene, every twist, and every turn.

If you're already a fan of Cage and his shenanigans, then this movie was made for you. But even if you're not, it's so good that it might just make you a fan. And trust me, once you fall down the rabbit hole of Cage's filmography, there's no turning back.

In conclusion, "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent" is a wild, hilarious ride that only Nicolas Cage could have pulled off. It's a must-see for any fan of the man himself, and a great introduction for anyone who's new to the Cage craze. So grab some popcorn, settle in, and get ready to experience the madness.

Remnant: From the Ashes
Bullshit: From the Assholes

Today we're gonna dive into the nitty-gritty of Remnant From the Ashes, the action-packed video game that will leave you both ecstatic and questioning your sanity.

Picture this: a small community space filled with rusty metal and moldy skids, where inhabitants trade scrap for items and services to the adventurers. It's a dog-eat-dog world out there, where cold hard iron is the currency of choice, used to enhance weapons of destruction and armor of salvation. And in the midst of it all, three fearless adventurers embark on a journey that will test their mettle.

After several minutes of preparation, our heroes gather around a giant red crystal in the central hub, placing their hands on it and instantly being transported back to a decaying world they had earlier left behind. The stage is set, and the action begins.

As they make their way towards their destination, a giant root dragon swoops down and lands, roaring and spewing flame and acrid smoke everywhere. The survivors scatter for cover, but not our hero. He approaches the beast from its flank, blasting away with his shotgun, while the group's hunter dives through the window of a broken-down building and a former cultist who had recently joined the squad begins hammering the beast's glowing chest with coach gun blasts.

A true symphony of destruction fills the arena - gunshots, crumbling rock and debris, monstrous roars, fire crackling - it's all happening at once. But the battle is far from over. Our hero gets knocked down, and the cultist tries to revive him, but the boss’s minions keep spawning in and interrupting the long process, causing him to flee only to be caught in another fire blast knocking him down as well.

The final survivor thins the minions and rolls back and forth trying to revive the fallen comrades, but keeps getting staggered or attacked until finally, they are defeated. This process repeats itself twenty times, each time our heroes become more outmatched than the last. But they don't give up.

Eventually, the cultist leaves, and it's just our hero and the hunter. They use consumables, they keep their distance, they close the gap, and focus on the boss and minions. Nothing seems to work, but they don't give up. And then it happens - they soak enough damage, kill just the right amount of minions, move just right, avoid just the right attacks, and finally, the dragon is slain.

It's an epic victory, and our heroes are exhausted but greatly satisfied. This is what kept our hero playing Remnant, even when it was crushing him into dust - the pursuit of these victories against foes he was not meant to be a match for. But after 40 hours of this, he was left with a mixed bag of feelings about the game - was it genius or short bus?

Remnant is a ‘souls-like’ game that basically answers the what-if “Dark Souls but with guns”.  Let me tell you, it definitely delivers on that front. The controls and combat system are flawless, taking cues from Dark Souls and adding a satisfying emphasis on ranged combat.

However, the game seems to suffer from an identity crisis. It tries to be like Diablo or Borderlands with its randomized loot and rogue-like maps, but the implementation of these features feels half-baked and out of place. The game's key equipment upgrades are mainly tied to killing bosses, finishing quests and dungeons, or killing bosses again. This design choice feels like a missed opportunity to fully explore the potential of the game's randomized loot and map system.

It's a classic case of jack of all trades, master of none. The game excels at the core gameplay mechanics, but other features feel tacked on or poorly executed. Despite these shortcomings, I found myself drawn to the game's epic battles against powerful bosses and the sense of satisfaction that comes from overcoming overwhelming odds.

Overall, Remnant from the Ashes is a solid game that excels at what it sets out to do: provide a Dark Souls-like experience with a focus on ranged combat. However, the additional features feel half-baked and don't fully explore the game's potential.

Remnant From the Ashes offers a fantastic gameplay loop that takes players through a post-apocalyptic world filled with tribal desert dwellings and cityscapes. Fans of games like Borderlands and Fallout will definitely enjoy the setting and atmosphere. In fact, the game is reminiscent of Hellgate: London with its randomized level design, aesthetically pleasing environment, and monster designs.

However, the game's boss encounters are where the gameplay falls apart. Each boss encounter is either poorly executed, a minor inconvenience, or an unfair mess. One early boss encounter involves fighting against a boss that splits into multiple copies of itself. Every quarter of its health, it splits into another instance of itself. While they all share the same health bar, the bosses aggressively attack with melee, ranged, or AOE spam-able attacks that stagger and prevent healing. Additionally, any instance of the boss not attacking is hiding behind the horde and healing the boss, making it impossible to keep up with them all.

The design choices of the boss encounter to make them feel like they are intentionally stacked with unfair elements to give the illusion of difficulty. Even after hours of trying to beat a boss, the only way to win was to focus on dealing damage as fast as possible and finishing with one health point left. 80% of the boss encounters in the game are like this, making it difficult to find a boss that is both fun and challenging. Ultimately, the boss encounters can make or break a player's opinion of the game. The question remains, are you and your friends up for the challenge of fighting against bosses that cheat?

When it comes to performance, Remnant from the Ashes on the Nintendo Switch is a mixed bag. On the one hand, I didn't experience any game-breaking bugs or crashes during my playthrough. Kudos to the devs for delivering a relatively stable experience. However, it's clear that some compromises had to be made to get this game running on the Switch.

The frame rate is stable, but it's evident that some animations were sacrificed in the transition from 60 to 30 FPS. The textures are low resolution both in handheld and TV mode, which can be a bit of a downer if you're used to playing on other platforms. But the real kick in the pants is the screen tearing. Holy mother of god, it's like watching an earthquake in action every time you pan the camera horizontally.

Despite all this, I have to say that Remnant from the Ashes is still one of the better Switch ports out there. Sure, there are some noticeable drawbacks, but they don't detract from the overall experience too much. And let's be honest, if you're playing on a Switch, you know what you're getting into. All things considered, the sacrifices made to get this game running on the platform are acceptable and don't detract from the overall experience.

In conclusion, Remnant from the Ashes is a game that hits all the right notes when it comes to gameplay but lacks an identity of its own. While I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game, the boss fights were a massive roadblock that left me feeling like I was banging my head against a wall of bullshit. The story was forgettable at best, and the game's design felt like a hodgepodge of elements from other popular games. However, if you're looking for a good third-person shooter or a soul-like experience, this game is worth the price of admission. Despite its flaws, Remnant From the Ashes receives the Anus Seal of Approval, or in simpler terms, a rating of Hot Shit.

02/08/23 Hearing summery and transcript
Anti-Me Regalia

The transcript is from a court hearing regarding a request for a clarification about a restraining order and visitation rights of a child. Mr. Ralph, the father, complied with the conditions set in the order, including attending anger management. He requested permission to take personal photos of his son during visitations, but the mother disagreed. The judge sought to clarify whether the provision prohibiting posting photos online also covers allowing a third party to post them. Mr. Ralph agreed not to share the photos digitally or allow a third party to post them. The discussion centered on whether Mr. Ralph could take photos of his son during visitation and the conditions under which he could share them.

Faith has concerns about Ralph's past behavior and is hesitant to allow him to take pictures of their son. The judge suggests a compromise where Ralph is allowed to take a limited number of pictures during supervised visits, which Faith accepts. There is also a discussion about Ralph's mailing address, as he is living in Mexico and Faith is not comfortable without a way to send legal documents. Finally, the judge suggests that Ralph's attorney can accept service on his behalf. Ralph tries to interject and defend himself but is repeatedly told to be quiet by his attorney.

There was also a disagreement about the child's clothing, with the father objecting to the mother dressing the child in clothing with anti-him messages. The judge clarified that the child should not be dressed in any clothing with a particular statement on it during visitation, and all parties agreed to this. The next court hearing date is scheduled for March 17th at 9 AM for a case with multiple witnesses. Ethan Ralph is out of the country and will be allowed to appear via Zoom. The visitation schedule for the defendant is also discussed and will resume. Amanda Ralph who is also residing in Mexico will also be allowed to appear via Zoom. The hearing ends with the defendant apologizing for being loud during the hearing.

Judge: Faith Vickers, is she on Zoom.

Granger: Yes, both Mr. Ralph and Ms. Vickers are appearing on Zoom

Judge: Okay, and this is FL21-016680. Ms. Vickers, can you hear me? Will you respond?

Faith: Yes, your Honor, I can hear you.

Judge: Thank you. And Mr. Ralph, can you hear me?

Ralph: Uh, I can, your honor, can you hear me?

Judge: Yes, I just want to make sure that…

Ralph: yes, of course, I do this for a living I know ‘cause yeah you can hear me

thank you go ahead.

Judge: Alright, and this is docket FL21-016680. There appears to be an issue, they are asking

about a clarification. So let me just pull up my file. Give me one second.

Ralph: Sure.

Judge: And is that on the restraining order. Is that what we’re looking at today?

Granger: Your Honor, it’s uh, I…I filed a Request for Order to allow…regarding the visitation.

So…

Judge: Okay, so Mr. Ralph has an order for supervised visitation…

Granger: And I wanted a clarification for that.

Judge: So let me just……so…so I’m looking at the restraining order

from March 2nd, 2022 according to my notes and there is also a stipulation…

Granger: Yes…

Judge: An agreement filed, uhm, September 12th, 2022.

Granger: Yes.

Judge: Perfect. And I see that…okay, I have that before me. So which provision is it we’re

looking at?

Granger: Well, there was no…there was no, uh, there was no provision regarding that…so Mr.

Ralph has complied with all the conditions or the order regarding the visitation, so he’s

attended the anger management and uh, he’s…you know…etcetera etcetera…you know

um…paragraph 16, both parties shall refrain…oh wait, excuse me…oh, yes, 16. At the last

sentence, father is to refrain from posting pictures of the child online, or, hold on…so it’s page 2

of the stip.

Judge: Okay

Granger: Yes, so Father agrees to refrain from posting pictures of the child online, but he wants

to take photos of his son during the visitations just for his personal viewing. Um, that was not

banned in the stipulation, but mother does not agree, but father wanted to come back to court

to ask the court to make that an order that he be allowed to take photos of his son Xander but

he agrees to not post them online.

Judge: And my question is, does this cover more than him? That he physically would not cause

to happen but that he would not allow an agent of his, somebody…in other words, I don’t want

him to be prohibited from posting but then tell you to go ahead and post them.

Granger: I think father would have to agree to that…

Ralph: I would agree. No offense, I didn’t want to interrupt, I would readily

agree to no agent of mine or anyone on my behalf or anybody besides me even having the

pictures you know I just want to show them to my uncle show my few family that are left most

of my family unfortunately passed away and so uh it’s kind of nice to have a picture of my son

and also just to remember him by I live across the globe and I fly in and see him whenever I can

you know every other month or whatever it is, uh and so yea it kinda you know that’s that’s my

reasoning behind it but yeah I would readily agree to no third agent, uhm, posting it as well.

Judge: And…

Ralph: And they’ll be taken at the center

Granger: The problem is that you have to agree not to share

them, because if you share them then you don’t necessarily have control…

Ralph: Well, if I have to absolutely agree not to share the photos if that’s

what the stipulation is, I’m fine with that. When I meant share them I didn’t mean like send

them to my uncle or whatever, I meant like I’m in the house and I say here’s my son

an invisible phone in his hand to the camera to demonstrate> you know, of him not like send

him the file documents but yeah I understand what’s been said but really it’s mostly I don’t get

to see my son that much. I didn’t get to see him for well over a year after his birth and uhhhh,

just now getting to know him basically uh and yea I, I would really think that…

Granger: Well, I think it’s…if we had an agreement that you weren’t…you didn’t share the file

digitally online, that would solve the problem.

Judge: Yeah, he could show them, but not allow people to photograph them or otherwise…

Ralph: Right.

Judge: …keep a copy of the photo. But, he may visually allow people to enjoy it. But not copy it.

Or disseminate it.

Judge: Yes?

Faith: Sorry, I just want to speak here.

Judge: Yes.

Faith: Um, the reason why photos are an issue right now is because the visitation itself, Parent

Time, in uh, um, Loomis has a rule that both parties uh, or both parents have to consent to

photos being taken. I do not wish to consent to this for a number of reasons that I can share

with you if you’d like. Um, but that is my reasoning why I didn’t’ want to consent to photos

being taken. I understand…

Judge: Why don’t you share your reasons.

Faith:

Granger: to clarify, I make if there was a court order the facility would, the issue is there wasn’t

a court order so the facility wanted the parties to come to a mutual agreement, which Ms.

Vickers for the reasons that she’s just going to state wouldn’t do. I just wanted to make that

prior clarification.

Judge: Yes.

Faith: Um, so, there is a history between me and Mr. Ralph where he has a past of uploading

private material whether it be through other parties or even without any intention of his own,

sharing with other people that has been made public, um, he’s convicted of dissemination of

images or more commonly known as Revenge Porn against me, and there have been previous

issues of my son being uploaded online by Mr. Ralph himself and third parties…

Ralph: That’s not true.

Faith: …that does not make me feel comfortable…

Ralph: That’s not true.

Faith: …consenting to…

Judge: Hold on. do not argue with one another. I’m just hearing her statement.

Ralph: Can I have a statement afterwards to respond to this? Because:

Granger: Mr. Ralph! Hold on. You have an attorney, so just please be quiet until asked

to speak, okay?

Faith: I’m sorry, your honor, but those are my reasons and I do have a line of questioning for

Mr. Ralph if I can ask those when you’re ready, as I did subpoena him through his attorney.

Judge: This is not the date for the hearing. If you need a hearing on this, that’s fine. If we’re just

going to do it listening to the moving papers and arguments, then I would do that today.

Faith: Okay.

Judge: And I’m just going to throw out one settlement thing and that is um, that Mr. Ralph

would periodically be allowed to take photos at parenting time. You would have an opportunity

to review those before he was allowed to keep them. I’m not sure how practically that would

happen, but you might have someone take a picture of him holding his son or playing with his

son at Parenting Time. We could limit the pictures to like, three and have them reviewed for

appropriateness by someone at Parenting Time and by you, and you would be allowed to

maintain those. But he is not to disseminate them and he is not to publish them uh to other

people to disseminate.

Faith: Okay, that does seem like a fair compromise to me.

Judge: It would need some wording, but are you both sorta okay with that?

Ralph: Okay but I would still like to respond to some of what was said…

Granger: NO!

Ralph: I’m gonna resist. I’m gonna resist. In the interest of just like let’s keeping it, you know,

let’s keep it above board because I feel like a lot of stuff was misrepresented, uh, in that last

paragraph.

Granger: Ok, Mr. Ralph, we’re really just here about visiting your son. Okay, so…

Ralph: I understand, I understand, I’m just saying it’s, it’s tough to hear that and

then not get to say anything okay but I agree and I take that as that’s all I wanted was a chance

to have some pictures with my son to you know remember him by so I feel like that’s a win for

me so I don’t have any problem with that at all.

Judge: And, okay, and by “appropriateness” I’m going to let the parties work on defining that.

That would be the son being fully clothes being engaged in appropriate childhood play…

Ralph: Like yeah, just playing around.

Judge: No bathroom pictures.

Ralph: No. No. No.

Judge: The photos are to be taken during supervised visitation.

Ralph: By the way, there’s reports on the supervised visitation and they both say they went well

and even, you know, Faith here, admits that in her court filings that those supervised visitations

went well for both parties. She said that in her court filings so…

Judge: So Mr. Ralph is visiting how often right now?

Granger: Mr. Ralph hasn’t been visiting since…

Faith: October

Granger: October

Ralph: Since we had this dispute…yeah.

Granger: The order is for, up to, two times a month.

Judge: Right

Ralph: Yeah, it’s two times, two days, per month and I was

gonna combine a three-day visit in November but then we got into this dispute and I just

decided that it would be better to settle it in the court early on because it is kinda important to

me honestly that I don’t get to see him as much as she does…you know…

Granger: Mr. Raph! Mr. Ralph! That’s enough, okay? Be quiet. Another issue was that he had

agreed that he would provide her with his mailing address. But he’s now not living in the United

States. He’s moving around. Since it’s supervised visitation only we would ask that that

particular term be deleted.

Faith: Um, sorry, um I would not feel comfortable with that just because considering again, Mr.

Ralph’s past in avoiding service and things like that. I don’t feel comfortable not having a way to

send legal documents and things like that. The last address he gave me he did not have

permission to use apparently, as I have come to learn, so I don’t feel comfortable with that.

Ralph: Wait, what? Sorry, I didn’t hear the last part of what she said if someone else wants to

repeat it. But yeah, I live in Mexico…

Granger: Mr. Ralph. Mr. Ralph. Could you please just be quiet. That’s kinda the problem with

Zoom. Okay. But you need to please be quiet at the moment.

Judge: So, Ms. Granger, as long as you are retained to represent him would you accept service

on his behalf in lieu of a mailing address provided by him?

Granger: As long as I’m retained to represent him, yes.

Judge: And Mr. Ralph, if for some reason Ms. Granger substitutes out and you are without

council as part of that substitution you would have to provide a mailing address for service

purposes as well as your physical location by city and country.

Ralph: Uh, I don’t feel comfortable giving her and her father my physical address especially

because they’ve given it away online before and caused me swattings and had people attack

me at my house and had all kinds of things happen to me and they’ve drummed up a hate mob

against me online and that’s why I don’t feel comfortable with them having my address it’s not

me trying to you know give flack to the court right like this is a real issues that’s actually

happened to me right but…

Granger: Mr. Ralph would you agree to provide an address?

Faith: Your honor there is not evidence to justify anything that Mr. Ralph has said. I have

personally never posted any of his private information and I will agree on paper to never share

private information regarding addresses.

Granger: Ok. I think the problem would be solved if you could provide an address where you

could be served.

Ralph: I can provide a PO Box.

Faith: From what I understand a PO Box cannot be proper service.

Faith: I’m not entirely sure myself.

Ralph: *inaudible* not even trying to hide from service.

Judge: Hold on. One at a time.

Faith: Sorry, your honor. Again, that’s just my understanding, I’m not entirely sure. Um, but yes,

if it’s just an address for service, I’m okay with that. Again, it just needs to be a mailing address.

Judge: There would be a stipulation that he provide an address for service?

Faith: Yes.

Ralph: Mailing address.

Granger: Are you okay with that, Mr. Ralph?

Ralph: Mailing address, yes.

Granger: Okay.

Judge: And Ms. Vickers, generally when council is retained you would be providing council with

any of that whatever you were serving and you would see if they would accept service at that

time.

Granger: And we have been in communication about that and she has, we have figured that

out.

Faith: Yeah.

Judge: Okay, so I believe we’ve done that.

Granger: Okay, so we have an agreement there, and I’ll prepare the findings and order after

hearing regarding the photos during the visit and the address for service.

Judge: Okay, and I would like to, just to reiterate, to define for whatever supervised visitation

center it is, to take up to 3 photographs that the facility may review those for appropriateness,

um, that the child is fully clothed and engaged in play or interacting with father does not

contain anything where the child is changing diapers, going to the bathroom uh, running

around nude or anything else that little kids might do. So, it would be something that would be

later embarrassing to the child.

Faith: Can I have a bit more…

Ralph: I want to ask something your honor. She has actually dressed my

child…our child…in memes meant to insult me, uh, corn memes she sent him dressed like that

to the uh…

Judge: She what?

Ralph: yeah I know it’s hard to explain, but she’s used internet memes in order to try and troll

me by dressing my son in basically anti-me regalia. And I would ask that that be disallowed by

the court and that she be admonished quite frankly.

Faith: Uh, your honor, the outfit that he is referring to is a onesie is a corn graphic that says

“Awe Shucks.”

Ralph: And you know good and well there’s a whole corn *inaudible* on Kiwifarms that you

stoked, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Judge: I’m not sure going on…

Ralph: I would ask that she be…

Granger: Mr. Ralph. Mr. Ralph. We’re kinda getting out in the weeds a little bit. We’re not here

today for that purpose.

Faith: But, before, I was going to ask for clarification with the photos.

*Lots of background noise from other parties. Judge stops everyone to sort it out*

Judge: Go ahead mother, again, Ms. Vickers.

Faith: Sorry, that I was just asking for clarification when it came to the photos, just that I was

able to review them um, after they were taken, um, that’s the only thing I was asking

clarification for.

Judge: I think that’s...I think what…I think that gets kinda cumbersome.

Faith: Okay.

Judge: I’d like to just define it enough that and you can give Ms. Granger your input to provide

any other strictures, okay?

Faith: Okay. Thank you.

Ralph: Well, your honor…

Granger: Wait! Wait!

Granger: I think we…I think I…

Ralph: it says I have to get the photos like, what if she just says…

Granger: Ethan! Ethan! Please, be quiet right now. I think the facility was going to approve for

appropriateness.

Ralph: Okay. Okay.

Judge: He’s going to take them and before he leaves if there’s one they feel is inappropriate,

that might embarrass the child down the line that he would delete it in front of them before he

left, so it’s instant.

Ralph: Okay, okay. I agree.

Faith: Okay, thank you for that clarification.

Granger: Okay. I’m confident that none of the photos will be inappropriate but we’ll have this

language in there…

Ralph: Yes, I agree, I think it makes sense. Yeah…you’re right.

Judge: There should be one more that no one should dress the child during visitation or any

visitation that has any particular statement on his clothing.

Ralph: Thank you for that.

Judge: Just something like blue jeans and a red tee shirt and I think we’re okay.

Ralph: I think we’re okay, thank you for that, your honor.

Judge: And that would mean mother doesn’t bring him in anything, father doesn’t add or

subtract anything or change anything.

Faith: Okay, I was just asking because that might be a little confusing because I’m not quite sure

what he’s referencing when it comes to…

Ralph: *mumbles incoherently*

Faith: I’m just confused to what images aren’t allowed so it can be clarified in the stipulation

and the reasoning for it so that way I have just a guideline what I can and can’t…

Judge: No tee shirt that has sayings on it.

Faith: Okay, so no graphic designs.

Judge: Right.

Faith: Okay. Thank you.

Judge: And that’s either way.

Ralph: So just a regular tee shirt, a solid colored tee shirt, just solid

colored clothes, yes. Thank you for that, your honor.

Faith: Okay. Thank you.

Judge: I’m not going to pick the color, okay.

Ralph: Right, yeah that’s too much.

Judge: Sounds like jail. Okay?

Granger: Okay.

Judge: I think we got all of those for the clarification. There’s also an order to show cause for

contempt, I believe.

Granger: Yes. That’s Ms. Vickers’

Judge: Ms. Vickers has brought that and I believe this is the date and time that is set for the

arraignment for that.

Faith: Yes.

Judge: And, did you receive a copy of that?

Granger: I did, and I filed a response.

Judge: Okay, and is time waived for the hearing?

Granger: Yes.

Judge: Okay, so give me a time estimate for the hearing.

Granger: Uhm, I would say, how many witnesses do you have, Ms. Vickers?

Faith: So far I have two witnesses I need to question and two declarations I’ve filed from

witnesses.

Granger: Okay, well the witnesses are going to have to testify, you can’t just rely on the

declaration.

Faith: Sorry, I meant I have two to question, yes.

Granger: So you have 4 witnesses or 2 witnesses?

Faith: Two witnesses.

Faith: Oh, I’m sorry. Four. Four witnesses.

Ralph: I don’t believe I’m supposed to testify in this hearing…I’m not sure, is that on record…?

Granger: Mr. Ralph, we can talk about this later.

Ralph: Okay. Okay. Okay.

Granger: So, we have a couple of witnesses, so I’d say, 3 hours.

Judge: Okay, so would you like it sometime in March?

Granger: Uhm, that will be fine.

Judge: It looks like March 11th is available. March 17th is available.

Granger: March 17th, in the morning?

Judge: It would be in the morning, yes.

Granger: Okay, if we can have that date, please.

Judge: Okay. Ms. Vickers, will that work for you?

Faith: Uh, yes. That will work for me.

Judge: Okay, so March 17, at 9AM. I’m going to give it a half day setting.

Granger: And I’m sorry, Mr. Ralph, are you available March 17th?

Ralph: Uuuuhhhhmmm, lemme look and make sure, I should, you know I should be, I kinda set

my own schedule, that’s a Friday yeah I’m available I’m…let’s just do it.

Granger: And then, will he be allowed to appear by Zoom?

Judge: I have no objection to that. I understand that he’s out of the country.

Ralph: I’m a resident of, of Mexico. And actual resident of the country of Mexico so…

Judge: So would you note that? That I’ve given him specific permission to do that. He

does need to appear visually, not by phone.

Ralph: Sure. Right. Now in the interim we can go ahead and restart visits and stuff right.

Granger: Your visitation hasn’t changed.

Ralph: Right, I mean, we can, you know…

Granger: Yes. Yes. Resume the visitation.

Ralph: Okay, good. That’s great news.

Granger: And then we have another one, your Honor, Amanda Morris, who is also residing in

Mexico. Can she appear by Zoom, too.

Judge: Yes, as long as it’s visual communication.

Ralph: Yeah. Okay. She had a declaration y’know.

Judge: Okay. Thank you. And Ms. Granger if you would prepare the *inaudible* for today.

Granger: I will.

Faith: Thank you, your honor.

Ralph: Thank you your honor, also I just want to apologize for any uh I know I’m loud I’m used

to a studio setup you know the Zoom kinda projects in loud to the courtroom so I’m sorry if I

was overpowering sometimes with my voice.

Judge: That’s alright.

Ralph: yea so I apologize anyway so…thank you. Have a good one.

Judge: Thank you.

Ralph: alright, bye bye.
